This return and refund policy applies to purchases made on ShopGreeno.com, operated by BOUTIQUE SANATOS SRL (CIF: 39789385, Reg. Com.: J2018012117401), with registered address at Str. Orșova nr. 115, București 060905, România.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (for example cosmetic products) if they have been opened or used.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product.
14‑day cooling‑off period in the European Union
If the product is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
