Instructions

• Cut approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of floss.
• Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving 2–5 cm to work with.
• Gently slide the floss between teeth and curve into a “C” shape against each tooth.
• Move up and down and carefully glide slightly under the gumline to help remove plaque and trapped debris.
• Use a clean section of floss for each tooth space and rinse after use.
• For best results, use daily, ideally after meals or at least once per day.
