Instructions

• Wash your hands before use and ensure the irrigator is clean.
• Dissolve 1 sachet (2.4 g) in lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled and cooled water.
• Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side, and gently place the spout at the upper nostril.
• Pour slowly so the solution flows through the nasal passage and exits the other nostril.
• Repeat on the other side, then blow your nose gently to clear remaining solution.
• After use, rinse and dry the irrigator thoroughly.
