Instructions

• Wash hands before use and ensure the bottle is clean.
• Fill the 240 ml bottle with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled and cooled water.
• Add 1 saline sachet (2.4 g) to the bottle.
• Secure the cap and shake until the solution is fully dissolved.
• Lean over a sink, place the nozzle gently into one nostril, and squeeze the bottle to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passage.
• Repeat on the other nostril, then gently blow your nose.
• After use, rinse the bottle and components thoroughly and allow to air dry.

Storage

• Store saline sachets in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.
