Instructions

• Wash hands and ensure the irrigator and nozzle are clean before use.
• Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (do not use hot water).
• Add one sachet (2.4 g) of the saline mixture with xylitol and secure the cap/nozzle.
• Lean over a sink, tilt your head slightly, and place the nozzle gently against one nostril.
• Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passage and out the opposite nostril.
• Repeat on the other side, then gently blow your nose if needed.
• After use, rinse all parts and allow them to air-dry thoroughly.

• Store the sachets in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep the irrigator clean and fully dry between uses to support hygiene.
