Instructions

• Dissolve 1 sachet (2.4 g) of NeilMed saline mixture and shake/stir until fully dissolved.
• Lean over a sink, insert the nozzle gently into one nostril, and allow the solution to flow through the nasal cavity.
• Repeat on the other side for a complete rinse, then gently blow your nose if needed.
• After use, wash the irrigator and nozzle thoroughly, then allow them to air-dry.
• Recommended for users 12 years and older.
