Instructions

• Wash hands before use and ensure the bottle is clean
• Add lukewarm distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the bottle up to the indicated level
• Empty 1 saline sachet (2.4 g) into the bottle and close securely
• Shake gently until the saline solution is fully dissolved
• Lean over a sink, place the silicone tip at one nostril, and squeeze gently to allow solution to flow through the nasal cavity
• Repeat on the other side, then clean and air-dry the bottle after use

• Store the saline sachets in a cool, dry place, away from moisture
• Keep the nasal irrigator clean and dry between uses
• Keep out of reach of young children
