Instructions

• Wash hands and ensure the bottle is clean before use.
• Fill with warm distilled water or previously boiled and cooled water.
• Add one NeilMed saline packet and shake until fully dissolved.
• Lean over a sink, keep mouth open, and place the nozzle against one nostril.
• Gently squeeze so the solution flows through the nasal cavity and exits the other nostril.
• Repeat on the other side and then gently blow the nose.
• Clean and air-dry the bottle thoroughly after each use.
