Instructions

• Cut or pull out 45–60 cm of floss and wind most around your middle fingers, leaving about 5 cm to work with.
• Hold the floss taut between thumbs and index fingers and slide gently between teeth using a controlled, sawing motion.
• Curve the floss into a C-shape around each tooth and move it below the gumline carefully.
• Use a clean section of floss for each space by unwinding from one finger and winding onto the other.
• For best results, floss daily after brushing.
