Instructions

• Wash hands before use and ensure the irrigator is clean.
• Fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled and cooled water up to the 240 ml mark.
• Add one saline sachet (2.4 g), close the cap, and shake gently until dissolved.
• Lean forward over a sink, keep your mouth open, and place the nozzle to form a comfortable seal in one nostril.
• Squeeze gently to allow the solution to flow through the nasal passage and out the other nostril; repeat on the opposite side.
• After use, disassemble, rinse thoroughly, and allow parts to air-dry.
