Instructions

• Open the thermoformable trays provided in the kit.
• Place a tray in boiled hot water for no more than 3 seconds.
• Remove the tray, shake off excess water, then fit it over your teeth. Press with fingers and remove air to shape it.
• Hold for a few seconds until it hardens. Repeat for the other tray (upper/lower).
• Trim the silicone handle if needed.
• Apply a thin line of gel inside the tray along the front surface area that contacts the teeth.
• Wear trays for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse mouth. Clean trays for next use.
• Optional: you may use a UV lamp if desired.

Storage

• Keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Always close syringes tightly after use to protect the gel.
• Store out of reach of children.

Precautions

• Not recommended for children under 12.
• Not a substitute for regular oral hygiene or professional dental check-ups.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and textiles.
• Gel contact with skin may cause temporary white spots.
