Instructions

• Position the trays over clean, dry teeth and wear for up to 60 minutes maximum per session (adjust based on comfort).
• Remove trays, rinse mouth thoroughly, and clean trays with water for reuse.
• Repeat as needed until the desired shade is achieved, taking breaks if sensitivity occurs.
