Instructions

• Open 1 sachet and remove the upper strip and lower strip from the protective liner.
• Apply the upper strip to the top teeth and the lower strip to the bottom teeth, pressing gently to secure.
• Wear the strips for 60 minutes.
• Use the LED light over the strips for 5 minutes (auto shut-off).
• Remove strips and rinse mouth if needed.
• Use once daily for best results over the full 21 days. Avoid brushing immediately before application.
